NABARD full form

The NABARD full form is National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. For securing prosperity, encourage participatory financial and non-financial initiatives, innovations, technology, and institutional development in agriculture and rural development.

  1. On July 12, 1982, an Act of Parliament established the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).
  2. As a development bank, NABARD has the mandate to provide and regulate credit and other facilities for the promotion and development of agriculture, small-scale industries, cottage and village industries, handicrafts and other rural and relevant economic activities in rural areas.
  3. With an objective of promoting sustainable rural development and ensuring the stability of rural areas, as well as the stability of rural areas.
  4. Promoting inclusive and sustainable agriculture and rural development through participatory financial and non-financial initiatives, creativity, technology and prosperity-based institutional development.
