One of India’s largest commercial real estate developers is Delhi Land and Finance. Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh launched the company in 1946. DLF’s headquarters are in New Delhi, India. In Delhi, DLF builds residential colonies such as Shivaji Park, Rajouri Garden, Krishna Nagar, South Extension, Greater Kailash, and Haus Khas, among others.

DLF began operations in 1946, with its first project being a residential colony in Krishna Nagar, East Delhi, which was completed in 1949. It was a huge success, and the people believed in it. DLF has completed a number of projects in Delhi, including south Delhi, Kailash colony, and Greater Kailash, following the success of the Krishna Nagar project.

The DLF is now led by Kushal Pal Singh. He was the 98th richest individual in the world in 2009, according to Forbes’ list of the world’s richest billionaires. DLF has leased office space in Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Chandigarh totaling roughly 25 million square feet. Every year, it generates around Rs 1950 crore.
